Any measurement report must be prepared by a suitably qualified surveyor or other similarly qualified person and should clearly indicate that the figures attested are the result of a properly conducted physical survey according to Official National Standards and done with instruments holding a current valid certificate of accuracy. It is up to the Member Federations of the IAAF to act, control and approve surveyors with competence according to their national regulations. Any measurement report issued by a surveyor fully recognised by an IAAF Member Federation would be acceptable to us for the purpose of the IAAF certification of an athletics facility. This statement confirms that the company Tracktech International Ltd. has the experience in surveying athletics tracks under the IAAF Certification System as well as to fulfil the requirements of the IAAF Measurement Report. A report completed by Tracktech International Ltd. (or James Vivash on behalf of Tracktech International Ltd.) would be acceptable to IAAF for evaluation and review.
